Comedienne Anne Kansiime has landed a huge gig in South Africa.
The pint-sized funny woman is set to share stage with top comedians on the continent such as Nigeria’s Ayo Makun and South Africa’s Trevor Gumbi among others in a show dubbed “The Heavyweights International Comedy Show”.
Kansiime could not hide her excitement about the gig and has promised a memorable show. She said, “My South African ninjas. Dreamed about this show and eh….. U should carry some pain killers on 1st April. You’ll need them.”
According to organisers, the comedy show is geared towards promoting African Unity and fighting xenophobia in South Africa.
The show is slated for April 1st at Carnival City, Big Top Arena in Johannesburg.
