No more Andy Mwesiga on Facebook. Ugandans are reported to have harassed the Uganda Cranes captain Andrew Mwesigwa, with all sorts of abuses over his unthoughtful actions in the do or die match between Uganda cranes and Guinea that led to a loss and exit of the national team from the AFCON. Andy Mwesigwa has since decided to deactivate his Facebook account.

The 29-year-old football star is blamed for having cost the Uganda Cranes the 2 goals by which it lost. Ugandans have since been on his case attacking him on social media especially Facebook.

According to a reliable source close to Uganda cranes team, the player couldn’t stomach the insults that came in especially through Facebook thus his decision to deactivate his account and leave Facebook for good. The same source revealed that Andy Mwesigwa who is emotionally down has further decided to avoid the Cranes’ fans and travel direct from Casablanca, Morocco to take a sojourn in Kazakhstan where he plies his trade as a professional footballer.
