Kampala fashionista cum socialite, Williams Bugeme was recently on vacation in Dubai. The socialite is said to have spent his stay in the oil-rich city at a luxury hotel called Atlantis palm hotel where he is believed to have forked out millions of shillings. He also used the opportunity to enjoy the various breathtaking Dubai sights like the sand dunes.
Meanwhile, Williams recently held a charity drive in Congo, donating several items to widows and orphans in the war-torn country.
Williams Bugeme is also nominated in the 2016 StarQT Awards in the People’s choice and Best dressed man categories.
