Sheebah Karungi does not write her own songs, and she does not hide it. The “Ndiwanjawulo” hitmaker has in the past revealed that her manager Jeff Kiwa sources for songs, and when he likes them, Sheebah goes to the studio and records them. However, she noted that she twists the songs to suit her liking hence the hit songs that have continuously dominated the local charts.
Well, it appears she has now decided to get her own official songwriter. Sheebah has unveiled the brains behind her upcoming single “Kisasi Kimu”, and it is a one Dokta Brain. Sheebah further revealed that Dokta will be writing her future songs.
She posted: “Meet Dokta Brain. The young man behind #KISASIKIMU and many more to come…I fell in love with this song the first time I heard it! thank you! Excited! can’t wait!!”
Dokta is a singer and songwriter and has been behind very many successful singles including Winnie Nwagi’s chart topper “Musawo”.
