A red and white card sealed in a red enveloped inscribed on “THX MOYES” was delivered at Old Trafford by a North London postman.
The contents of the letter remain unknown but you could imagine champagne dripping from the edges, you could hear people scream… Ozil… Ozil!! Moyes looking at the envelope developed instant wrinkles, almost resembled Wenger’s reaction to Drogba’s torture.
Wenger like Moyes had quite a great resemblance, their DNA was alike. Both careers had become a joke when you could see Mr. Bean’s image all over their faces.
For Wenger, after watching Moyes fall, he smelted trophies. Cockroaches had eaten the trophy cabinet. It was time to dust the 7 year old dust.
For Moyes, he had spent 11 years trying to spur Everton over United. It was a dream come true.
