After getting himself a brand new Mercedes Benz last week, the Gagamel president Bebe Cool was spotted surveying a new piece of land near his current home in Kiwatule with some group of village heads.
According to our snoops, he paid in cash to a group of family members who are believed to be owners of the land as they signed several documents and handed over the land titles.
