Gagamel boss and CEO Bebe Cool has given in to pressure and decided to pay tribute to Bobi’s father, Mzee Ssentamu. The ‘Love you everyday’ singer who fans rebuked for hosting a party on the day when his fellow musician Bobi Wine was burying his father, has decided to bend to pressure and pay his last respects.
Our sources have revealed that the singer will today visit the grave of the deceased. “After a lot of criticism and insults, Bebe Cool and his Gagamel Phamily are going to set off to Gomba-Kanoni this morning to give tribute to the late J.W Ssentamu,” said a Bobi Wine fan, Kato.
“The family of the late Ssentamu is ok with it and Eddy Yawe is going to lead the team and they will all head there and pay their last respects,” the source added.
The two singers have always had beef against each other. It was only at the recent HMAs which took place at Wonder World in Kansanga that they were brought together by Afrigo band singer Joanita Kawalya as she accepted her lifetime achievement award.
Mzee Ssentamu who died last week was buried by a magnitude of people. He left behind many children some of whom fought for his body at the funeral.
