Newly established Radio station Kiis FM will battle it out in court with Capital FM after the latter sued the former for infringing on their property. William Pike and Patrick Quarcoo the CEOs of Capital and Beat FM respectively have sued Kiis FM CEO Hajji Nasser Ntege Ssebagala for using a company name that they feel is similar to their Kiss FM, a accompany they registered earlier.
The pair at Capital FM feel the name Kiis sounds more like Kiss FM. “Though Kiss FM is off air now it could any time start airing and the name would confuse our following, we thought it wise to seek legal redress for Kiis to change its name” a close source told BigEye.ug.
Hajji Nasser Ssebagala recently launched his Kiis FM at his Bugolobi based home.
