As Kyambogo was busy asking God to send swag, God answered their prayers by sending a rastafarian by the name of Kuteesa Stepheleon, an Engineering student.
He’s the first Guild Presidential Aspirant to contest with dreads and judging by his popularity, he’s set to win the elections. So, BigEye.ug caught up with him and got some of his photos.
