Talkio Mobile Opens New Flagship Service Centre in Ntinda

By Our Reporter

Talkio Mobile, Uganda’s fastest-growing innovative telecom provider, has announced the grand opening of its flagship service centre at Ntinda Complex. This strategic expansion marks a significant milestone in the company’s mission to revolutionise Uganda’s telecommunications landscape by bringing cutting-edge mobile services directly to one of Kampala’s most dynamic commercial hubs.

The new facility at Ntinda Complex has been purpose-built to deliver an exceptional customer experience, featuring modern design elements, comfortable waiting areas, and state-of-the-art technology infrastructure. The centre serves as a comprehensive one-stop destination for all Talkio Mobile services, strategically positioned to serve the thousands of residents, students, and professionals who frequent the bustling Ntinda & surrounding areas.

“The choice of Ntinda Complex as our newest service centre location was deliberate and strategic,” explained Vianne Allan Ahura, CEO of Talkio Mobile. “Ntinda represents the vibrant, forward-thinking spirit of modern Uganda – a community that values innovation, convenience, and quality service. Our new facility embodies these same values while bringing our revolutionary telecom solutions directly to where people live, work, and connect.”

The Ntinda Complex service centre offers Talkio Mobile’s complete range of services, including: instant SIM card provisioning, eSIM Solutions, enterprise solutions, device support services, and payment solutions, among others.

To commemorate this milestone opening, Talkio Mobile has launched an exciting series of promotional campaigns designed to reward early adopters and celebrate with new customers: every customer who purchases a SIM card during this opening window will be automatically entered into a grand prize draw featuring the latest smartphone devices on top of voice & data bundles.

The service centre operates Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with extended hours during peak periods and special events. The facility is fully accessible, featuring wheelchair-friendly access, dedicated parking spaces, and multilingual customer service representatives.

“We’ve designed this centre with the customer journey in mind,” noted Martha Ninsiima, Customer Experience Manager at Talkio Mobile. “From the moment customers enter our doors, they experience the difference that comes with truly customer-centric service delivery. Our team has undergone extensive training to ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.”

This expansion builds upon Talkio Mobile’s successful strategic partnership with Interswitch’s Quickteller agent network, which has already established the company’s presence at over 20,000 locations across Uganda. The Ntinda Complex service centre represents the evolution of this distribution strategy, moving from agent-based services to comprehensive, company-owned customer experience centres.

“Our partnership with Interswitch provided the foundation for our nationwide reach,” explained Vianne Ahura, CEO – Talkio Mobile. “Now, with dedicated service centres like Ntinda, we’re elevating the customer experience to match the quality and innovation of our network services.”

The Ntinda Complex opening is part of Talkio Mobile’s ambitious expansion roadmap, which includes plans for additional service centres in key locations across Kampala and major regional towns throughout 2025 and 2026. The company has allocated significant resources for infrastructure development, aiming to establish other service centres across the country.
