Tanzanian music sensation Diamond Platnumz, born Naseeb Abdul Juma, appears to have made good on long-standing speculation by tying the knot with fellow artist and rumored longtime partner, Zuchu.
On June 1, the “Komasava” hitmaker took to social media to share a collection of photos that seemed to capture moments from a private wedding ceremony.
The images, though elegant and intimate, were accompanied by a cryptic caption that left fans questioning whether the two had officially wed.
“I know each of you has a completely different image of Diamond Platnumz and marriage, but today I just want to tell you that this Diamond Platnumz has been married before, and one day I’ll tell you how it happened,” he wrote.
The ambiguous statement stirred curiosity online, but any doubts were soon put to rest. Wasafi, Diamond’s record label, released heartwarming videos showing the couple in high spirits during a post-event car ride.
In the clips, Zuchu is seen smiling and clearly stating, “We are married,” confirming what fans had long hoped for.
While neither Diamond nor Zuchu have issued a formal public statement, the images and videos have been widely interpreted as confirmation of their nuptials.
