Alfa Timez Bids Farewell to Galaxy FM and Galaxy TV After Three Years

Media personality Alfa Timez has officially announced his departure from Galaxy FM and Galaxy TV, marking the end of a remarkable three-year journey with the popular media outlets.

On Tuesday morning, May 6, Timez took to X (formerly Twitter) to share an emotional farewell with his colleagues and fans.

“With a thankful heart, I say goodbye to the Zzina family (@GalaxyFMUg & @GalaxyTVUg),” he posted. “From the radio mic to the TV screen — it’s been 3 great years of growth, fun and connection. Thank you for walking with me… Once a muzzinyi, always a muzzinyi.”

Timez was a key voice on Galaxy FM’s morning show and also entertained audiences on Galaxy TV with a night show and a weekend program.

His departure follows that of Evelyn Mic, another prominent figure who left Galaxy earlier this year to join Dembe FM.
