The late Saad Byakuleka, widely known by his professional name Saad Shots, will be laid to rest on Sunday, 20th April 2025 in Kitongore Village, Kazo District, near Kaguta Road Junction.

Saad tragically lost his life in a motorbike accident on Friday, 18th April, along Entebbe Road, an incident confirmed by Kampala Metropolitan Deputy Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire.

A vigil was held in his honor last night at his home in Seguku, where friends, family, and members of the photography community gathered to pay their respects.

Early this morning, his body was transported from Mulago mortuary to Kazo, where preparations are underway for his final resting.

The burial is scheduled to take place at 12 PM, and a large turnout is expected as people from different parts of the country travel to bid farewell to a man who captured so many moments behind the lens.

May his soul rest in peace.
