Renowned media personality MC Kats has revealed that music managers do not earn much money from managing artists.

Speaking about the struggles of managers, MC Kats explained that one of the biggest challenges is the lack of recognition.

He noted that while musicians are celebrated for their success, managers remain unnoticed despite their hard work behind the scenes.

“The most painful part is when musicians are fronted and hailed without recognizing the efforts of their music managers,” he said.

MC Kats further explained that this lack of appreciation discourages managers, causing many to quit their roles.

As a result, some artists lose direction, and their careers collapse.

His statement has sparked discussions about the role of managers in the music industry and whether they should be given more credit and financial rewards for their efforts.
