Former music duo member Hatim has accused his ex-partner Dokey, also known as Dokta Brain, of allegedly stealing his craft and selling it to other musicians.
Hatim, who was part of the duo Hatim and Dokey before their split last year due to internal misunderstandings, recently broke his silence on the matter.
“By the way, I wasn’t supposed to say anything, but I realized that my songs would continue being released. I am able to talk, but I had decided to keep quiet,” Hatim stated.
Since their separation, Dokey has gained recognition as a top-tier songwriter and singer, consistently releasing hit songs almost every month.
However, Hatim now claims that some of the music Dokey has been selling to other artists originally belongs to him.
While Dokey has yet to respond to these allegations, the issue has sparked discussions in the music industry regarding intellectual property rights and fair artistic credit.
