Evelyn Mic, the presenter at Galaxy FM and Spark TV, is mourning the loss of her grandmother, who played a pivotal role in her life.
Evelyn, who initially announced the loss as that of her “mother,” clarified that the deceased was, in fact, her grandmother rather than her biological mother.
The misinterpretation arose because Evelyn had always referred to her grandmother as “mother,” because of the deep bond they shared.

Evelyn’s grandmother was instrumental in shaping her life, stepping into the role of both mother and mentor.
She supported Evelyn financially and emotionally, covering her education from her early years up to university. This support allowed Evelyn to pursue her dreams, eventually leading her to her current role as a popular media personality.
The burial is scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, November 8, in Bushenyi District, where family, friends, and fans will gather to pay their final respects.
