Songstress Cindy Sanyu has clarified her feelings towards fellow singer Lilian Mbabazi amid ongoing rumors about their relationship.
In response to recent speculation, Sanyu explained that her affection for Jackie Chandiru is different from her feelings for Lilian.
She noted that Jackie requires her love more than Lilian does.
“The love I have for Jackie is different from the love I have for Lilian. Jackie needs my love more than Lilian does,” Cindy Sanyu said during an online interview.
The breakup of the popular girl group Blu3 in the 2000s was rumored to be due to tensions between Cindy and Lilian.
However, the group, which also includes Jackie Chandiru, reunited in 2023 after a nearly 15-year hiatus.
Their reunion was celebrated with a major concert, the “Blu3 Reunion Concert,” held at Sheraton Gardens in Kampala.
Blu*3, founded by renowned producer and talent manager Steve Jean, has been a significant presence in the music industry, and their recent comeback has been met with enthusiasm from fans.
