Ugandan music sensation Sheebah Karungi has shed light on her retirement plans from the music industry, indicating a strategic slowdown as she approaches her 40s.
The esteemed artist, known for her chart-topping hits and entrepreneurial endeavors, shared her insights during an interview on NRG Radio.
“Honestly at 40, I want to slow down by at least 50%. Then at 45, by 80%. Because I am always on the run since the last 14 years. That means I have created so many other avenues of cash flow. I am pushing for that however difficult it is,” stated Sheebah Karungi, highlighting her intention to gradually step back from the intense pace of her music career.
At 34 years old, Sheebah continues to inspire a vast number of young people, not only through her music but also through her entrepreneurial ventures.
Her dedication to both her craft and business acumen has solidified her as a role model for aspiring artists and entrepreneurs alike.
Sheebah’s impressive portfolio includes numerous investments and assets, such as a luxurious home in Buziga – Kampala, ownership of Holic Pads Company, Sheebah Establishments, and the establishment of Karma Music Label, among others.
