The spokesperson of Uganda Police, Judith Nabakooba, has declared that whoever is caught in the act of undressing or disturbing any female in the name of enforcing the Anti-Pornography/gay bill will face it rough in the courts of law.
It has been reported, especially in the heart of Kampala that several men have decided to take the law into their own hands and undress women they deem indecently dressed in public. A number of cases have been reported downtown and other areas harbouring several idlers.
In a public press, Judith Nabakkoba declared heavy punishments for anyone caught attempting to undress a woman especially in public.
