A message wrapped through a song is one well received. Many people relate intricately with messages that are spread through music and Uganda Police realizing this, decided to invite a host of artistes to give their campaign more voice and mileage.

The Uganda Police next Thursday will launch a new community policing campaign at Pearl Of Africa Primary School in Kabalagala that is meant to encourage the community to help police prevent and report crime in their societies. They have invited artistes like Ronald Mayinja, Bebe Cool, Eddy Kenzo, Rema, Radio and Weasel to draw huge crowds and also help them spread the message better.

The campaign is going to transcend many other regions in the country and will be punctuated by food, drinks and music. The event which starts on Thursday will bring together the top officers in Police including Police Chief Gen. Kale Kayihura.
