Uganda currently boasts 12 names of its women featuring on the list of 200 most Influential African Women on Twitter.
Compiled by Smart Data Power with the collaboration of the Women in Africa (WIA) initiative, the list comprises socialites, politicians, media personalities, civil servants, businesswomen, and many other categories.
Women on the list hail from over 24 countries with South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, and Egypt dominating with 137 names out of 200.
Among these include; socialite Sheila Gashumba, media personality Lynda Ddane, Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng, Evelyn Namara, among others.
