The family and friends of Bishop Arnold Muwonge could be excited about his return to Uganda after 8 months in Manchester but they are not the only people relieved. Hundreds of other beneficiaries are as excited as the rest of the family because unlike before, Bishop Arnold is now within reach to continue his charitable acts.
Just a day after landing in the Pearl, Bishop Arnold Muwonge visited former celebrated radio Simba presenter MunaMasaka who during the lockdown almost starved to death. MunaMasaka suffers from HIV and is under the strongest medication considering his HIV is at an advanced stage. Bishop Muwonge supplies household items, food items and also left him some cash for medication.
Muna Masaka is slightly relieved and is at least a problem less now. Bishop Arnold Muwonge in our interview said “To whom much is given, much is expected. My mission is to help as more people as i can” and he is starting from where he left off.
Bishop Arnold Muwonge is the founder of destiny Bridge and Stride academy schools in Wakiso.
