This after his viral Facebook live video on Monday broadcast while he was running away from Police in the Bobi Wine saga in Busabala.

Speaking about the caution Katto said that he is safe and has been treated well but warned against going live on Facebook without a licence.

“I am safe and free.. Yes i’ve been at UCC for more than 8hours and I can confirm that I’ve not gone through any torture. I have also learnt that it’s illegal to go live on facebook if you don’t have a license from UCC. Thanks to everyone who responded to the first outcry. Ebisingawo mubirinde mu g’esattu.”
