Despite the tear gas welcome (we are used to tear gas here in Kampala) Bobi Wine went ahead to join the Turks on the streets as they demonstrated and later on entertained them.
Bobi Wine who was on a tour in Turkey with the fire base crew is the only Ugandan who has gone that far to entertain Ugandan and worldwide fans of Firebase, Not once, but twice.
The Ghetto president revealed that the first concert was big, and went on to say that the second one was even bigger.
Judging from his social media posts, we believe fans had fun like in the photo below where he is seen dancing on the streets with random Turks.
H.E Bobi who is yet to decide Buchaman’s fate, (remember Buchaman wants to return to Firebase) posted on his wall thanking the Turks and all his fans for making it happen. He is now headed to Uganda. Below is his message.
“My first concert in Turkey 10 months ago was massive but the second one over the weekend was just overwhelming. Being the first and only Ugandan Artist to perform there, am glad to represent my Country and to open yet another door for my comrades as they have also continuously done the same in other parts of the world taking Ug. Swag far and wide…Now the HEAD OF STATE is on his way back home.”
