The much cherished nights of laughter at Laftaz Lounge are back.

We have learnt that the Centenary park based hangout has revived its weekly comedy shows.  The shows which are hosted at the nightspot every Wednesday returned mid-May. However, the comedy show’s past glory is yet to be regained as the crowds on the nights still remain low.

Proprietors of the nightspot, which had branded itself as home of local comedy, had reportedly cancelled the weekly comedy shows to focus on new priorities.

Ehmah Napoleone, one of the founders of Laftaz Comedy night that started in 2012, publicly announced that he had relinquished his duties to pursue “personal glory”.

However, it appears they have managed to reconcile their differences and it is back to business as usual.
