We have landed on an official legal court order delivered to police on Thursday seeking to arrest veteran singer Halima Namakula along with other sureties over the Bad Black Ushs.11b embezzlement bail case.
The order reads in part,” …you are hereby directed to arrest the said sureties and produce then before this honourable court without fail.”
The other wanted include Masitula Jjombwe (Kawempe LC 1), Asuman Wakolo (Kawempe, Bukejje Zone LC1)
The sureties stood for Shanita Namuyimbwa Aka Bad Black’s release on bail on November 16th, 2012, citing a breast ailment that needed immediate medical attention.
However, she is said to be on the run after press reports claimed she was arrested in Rwanda before being released on bond.
Her former white lover is seeking legal redress after Bad Black was said to have embezzled money belonging to Daveshan Ltd, a real estates company they allegedly co-owned. She could serve 4 years in jail.
