It’s no secret that the Mayanja family has been marred by bitter disputes. These have been well documented over the years. The singing brothers—Pallaso, Weasel and AK47(R.I.P)—who all started out under the mentorship of their big brother Chameleone would later fall out with him and go on to forge their own paths in the local music industry. No doubt they have go on to become individually successful, but they still seem to harbour bad blood amongst themselves.

The bad blood manifested itself after Radio & Weasel parted ways with their longtime manager Jeff Kiwa. Pallaso and AK47, who chose to follow Jeff Kiwa in Team No sleep, constantly waged war on their brother in the Radio & Weasel camp. When Chameleone came in as the peace maker, guns were turned on him and a scathing verbal assault ensued.

However at the close of last year, Pallaso who was at the forefront of the rivalry decided to mend fences with all his siblings. AK47’s death came at a time when the brothers were still trying to bond as family. The sorrow has since drawn the brothers even closer as they grieve their gone brother. In the past week, they have been comforting each other and doing everything together as family.

Here’s a photo of a re-united Mayanja family hanging out together:
