Edwin Ruyonga Uganda’s finest urban gospel hip hop sensation at a recent function confessed to have fathered a child before walking down the aisle―the norm among Christians.
Ruyonga alias Ru succumbed to the rumors that were going around that he impregnated a girl. This is what he said: “I and the lady I am very much in love with are having a baby.”
He further said, “I am sorry to the fans and those who are and will be disappointed in our actions, and rightly so. I am however not sorry that we are having a baby. I am not sorry about who I am having the baby with. I am only sorry that we did not wait and do it at the right and appropriate time. There is no excuse for that.”

Ruyonga has gone as far as posting on one of the social sites saying that he is toning down on active involvement on the music platform as an artiste.
And he has further revealed that he is yet to introduce his girlfriend and mother of his child to his parents and whoever is concerned and asks the masses to respect his privacy.
