Socialite Zari Hassan’s mother, Halima Hassan Matovu has been laid to rest.
She was put to her final resting place on Friday. She was buried at her ancestral home in Kalama, Busujju along Mityana road which was thronged by scores of mourners to bid her farewell in a final send off.
Halima passed away aged 58.
She breathed her last on Thursday at Nakasero Hospital where she had been admitted for weeks with heart related complications.
