Socialite and entrepreneur Zari Hassan has extended heartfelt congratulations to her ex-partner, Diamond Platnumz and his rumored bride, Tanzanian singer Zuchu.
Speaking with grace and sincerity, Zari not only wished the couple well but also lauded Zuchu for her strength and resilience in their high-profile relationship.
“Congratulations to him,” Zari said. “If you look at them, they’re a young couple. They look very promising, like they understand each other. There’s chemistry. They seem to be friends, but beyond that, they’re a really good match.”
Zari didn’t stop at simply acknowledging the romance — she offered genuine prayers for the couple’s future together. “I really pray their marriage works out. If it’s true, I wish them luck. Didn’t the whole world pray for this? Alhamdulillah for you, Naseeb and Zuchu. I’m happy for you.”
The Ugandan-born businesswoman, who shares children with Diamond, also took time to highlight their strong co-parenting dynamic. “We’re doing a good job with co-parenting our kids. My kids don’t lack anything. He’s the type of person that, if they need something, he pulls through. So if he’s finally going to settle down, Alhamdulillah.”
Zari went on to express optimism about the evolving relationship between their families. With her own romantic chapter with Diamond closed, she said it would be “nice for our families to be close.”
Perhaps the most striking part of Zari’s message was her praise for Zuchu’s resilience. “I’m happy for her. She wins the girlfriend award of the year. She’s strong. She’s resilient. People think, ‘Oh, this girl, this girl.’ No, that girl is strong. All of us couldn’t do it. We couldn’t — but for her, she’s standing. So, I’m so proud of her.”
