AK47 is not the only Leone Island break away artiste who is begging to return to his former master and brother Jose Chameleone. Yung Mulo of the ‘Tebakusobola’ fame who broke away from the music camp owned by Chameleone to pursue a solo career, is also on his knees begging Chameleone to take him back.
We all know the story of AK47 and how he broke away to form a Radio and Weasel like duo when he teamed up with singer Bakri under the stewardship of Jeff Kiwa. Sources revealed that after his breakup with Bakri, calling him lazy and undedicated to their music partnership, AK47 went back crying to the brother asking him to take him back.
Yung Mulo’s story is not any different. Sources in Kabalagala revealed to us that the singer is pleading with Chameleone to take him back. “He walked to Chameleone at Cherry Café, and literally begged him to take him back while kneeling on the ground,” says the source who witnessed the whole incident.
The source continued to reveal to us that Chameleone tapped Yung Mulo on the back in a friendly manner and asked him to calm down and solve his problems first. He said that he would help him out when he returns from his charity show in Kenya. The show took place over the weekend.
If he is forgiven, Mulo could earn himself a collabo with his former boss as he makes a grand re-entry to the music group that nurtured him and saw him become a big artiste – well, until he started going down the drain.
We will keep you posted.
