Celebrated Ugandan singer and Mpaka Records CEO, Ykee Benda, has officially taken a major step in his love life after proposing to his longtime girlfriend, Emily.
In a romantic moment that left many in awe, Ykee Benda went down on one knee at the breathtaking Divine Resort and popped the big question — and Emilly said yes!
The beautiful proposal has since made waves on social media, with fans and fellow celebrities flooding the couple with congratulatory messages.
While details remain private, sources close to the couple reveal that preparations for a kwanjula (traditional introduction ceremony) are already underway and could happen sometime this year.
This marks a new chapter for the “Farmer” hitmaker, known not only for his music but also for being a proud father and a strong family man.
We join the rest of Uganda in congratulating Ykee Benda and Emilly on their engagement and wish them nothing but love and happiness as they plan their future together.
