Ykee Benda is gearing up to celebrate a decade in the music industry with a special concert, tentatively set for October this year.

The “Muna Kampala” hitmaker, who burst onto the scene with his signature blend of Afrobeat and R&B, believes the time is right to mark this major career milestone.
Speaking on Kasuku’s podcast, Ykee Benda revealed his excitement about the anniversary but expressed caution regarding the country’s political climate, which could influence his final decision on the concert date.
“I think it will be this year around October, but I’m not sure because of the situation we are headed into,” Benda stated. “And now that politics is in music, you might find yourself back to the village.”
While he remains optimistic about the celebration, the singer is carefully observing the evolving political landscape before making an official announcement.
