Ugandan singer Ykee Benda is over the moon after getting another continental nod. Ykee has once again been nominated in another continental act category, this time in the Nigerian BAE Awards.
The authentic Bae Awards organized by Pee and Mee promotions brand Nigeria is set to happen again this year November 22nd and this time with a line of Ugandan artists Outlined. The Awards representative and Official In Uganda Aaron vybes mentioned Ykee Benda and upcoming artist Hanson Baliruno as some of the musicians nominated in this Year’s edition under the category of Best international Act. “Eddy Kenzo was the first Ugandan musician to be nominated in Awards which he won in 2017”,Aaron added. Today 27th July 2019 marked Prince Akram’s 4th birthday who is son to city money bag Don Nasser. The birthday party that was organised by Fashion guru Abryanz went as planned and saw children flock event to celebrate along the young Akram.
Don Nasser, father to the birthday boy was master of ceremony giving a short speech and thanking all revellers who attended. Don Nasser later held a party with adults in what seemed a thanks giving for the huddles skipped.
Don Nasser gifted hia son a brand new house and also paid upto 5,000,000ugx for one of the children who needed a heart surgery.

Producer Ronnie quits Power Records, starts own studio
Reknown Ugandan audio producer, songwriter, and sound engineer Producer Ronnie has switched base and found a new address after quitting Power Records.
In an official statement on his Social Media Producer Ronnie, the brains behind Chameleone’s Mateeka, Champion and Grenade’s hit single Nkuloga announced that he shifted posts to somewhere else in good faith.
Producer Ronnie has served at Power Records, owned by Rinex Pattern for close to seven years and found it wise to start his own studio which he named Sweetest Sound Studio adding the ‘CEO’ title to his name.“I am here to announce that I am no longer a member of POWER RECORDS owned by Rinex Pattern which I have worked for as an Audio producer and a songwriter since 2012. I talked to Rinex about my next move and he was so positive about it and this simply means Power Records will always be a home for me but for now ladies and Gentlemen allow me to introduce to you SWEETEST SOUND STUDIOS and I am the C.E.O. This is where, from now on, you will find me for songwriting and quality Audio Production.” Ronnie posted.
Phaneroo Unveils 5th Anniversary Celebrations Theme With Letters’ Teaser
Phaneroo Ministries International will next month be celebrating its fifth year of preaching the word of God and leading thousands to the Creator’s saving grace.
As part of the campaign in the run up to the celebrations, the fellowship this week embarked on a campaign that involved a teaser of letters erected on roadside billboards and shared widely on social media platforms.
On Monday, Kampala residents were greeted with billboard images of the letter “G” that left many wondering whether some corporate companies were on the verge of rebranding.
The letter “G” was followed with letters, C, A and E on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday respectively. However, it has emerged that the letters many saw are part of the theme for this year’s 5th anniversary celebrations.Today, Friday, the fellowship ends the letters’ teaser and unveils the theme; G.R.A.C.E, a five letter word to signify the five years of grace God has given the ministry.
The anniversary celebrations that are now in high gear will be held at Kololo Independence Grounds on Saturday 10th August, 2019.
Started in 2014 by charismatic preacher, Apostle Grace Lubega, Phaneroo is a dynamic, life transforming and generation impacting ministry with a vision to transform nations and the entire world with the word of God.‘Phaneroo is a Greek word translated as bringing to manifestation that which existed but is not seen.’

The fellowship’s influence also stretches to prisons with a vibrant prisons ministry deeply involved in preaching the gospel to inmates on a weekly basis, provision of basic necessities, legal aid as well as rehabilitation of ex-convicts. The ministry presently has a presence in over fifty institutions of learning through its schools ministry.
