Nigerian singer Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known by his stage name Wizkid, has confirmed that he will stage a show in Uganda come 2017.
The singer who was slated to perform in Kampala on December 3rd only to disappoint fans and sponsors revealed in a tweet that he will be coming to Uganda.
This after the “Show The Money” singer was reported to Interpol for duping Ugandans by the organizers of the December show.
Wizkid said that he is working on dates to come for a show in Uganda and added that he loves his Ugandan fans so much.
“I am working on dates to come see my fans in Uganda. Know you all know I am just here to spread good vibes and positive energy. I love my Ugandan fans,” he tweeted.
“I just wanna make music and perform to my people! Y’all forgive me for everything else! Way up! Stay up,” he added in a separate tweet.
The singer who started his musical career at 11 years has several albums including Ayo, Superstar, Best of Wizkid and Chosen.
