In the ongoing saga surrounding Ugandan songstress Winnie Nwagi’s alleged baby daddy, Bizzy Nateete, he has finally broken his silence.
Nateete, who was captured in a viral video struggling to see his daughter Destiny Mirembe, has clarified his position, asserting his desire for access to his child.
Addressing the matter in a phone interview on a radio program, Nateete expressed relief that Nwagi had not denied his paternity. “It’s been over 7 or 5 years since I last saw Destiny. People are falsely judging me, but I am undeterred. The truth must prevail,” he stated.
Contrary to Nwagi’s assertions, Nateete adamantly denies being a dead-beat father. He accuses Nwagi of perpetuating falsehoods about his lack of responsibility. “Winnie has always painted me as a deadbeat father, but that’s not the truth,” Nateete insisted.
Nwagi, on her part, has consistently emphasized that Destiny will not meet her biological father due to his alleged negligence.
This stance seemed reinforced when Nateete was reportedly apprehended while pleading for access to his 13-year-old daughter.
The ongoing dispute highlights the complexities surrounding parental responsibility and access to children.
As the situation unfolds, both parties continue to assert their positions, leaving Destiny Mirembe caught in the middle of a contentious parental feud.
The truth behind the allegations remains to be fully revealed, underscoring the importance of fair and transparent resolution mechanisms in family disputes.
