Winnie Nwagi has opened up about her views on marriage, revealing that although she still dreams of settling down someday, she is in no hurry to walk down the aisle.
Speaking during an interview on NRG Radio, the singer admitted that marriage is still something she hopes to experience in the future, even if it is not part of her immediate plans.
The singer explained that her outlook on marriage has evolved over time as she has come to understand that the institution does not work the same way for everyone.
According to Nwagi, she is slowly accepting the reality that marriage may not be for everybody, despite still admiring the idea of it herself.
“Marriage is not for everyone and it is something I am starting to accept, but I wish to get married. I like that idea but finding the right person… so if things go well maybe,” she added.
Over the years, Nwagi has kept much of her romantic life away from the public eye, choosing instead to focus on her music career and personal growth.
