Entry Method:
1) Follow / Like Samsung Mobile Uganda on Facebook (@Samsung Mobile Uganda)
2) Upload a photo of you with your Valentine on our wall. / Tag us ( @Samsung Mobile Uganda ) on your photo.
4) Leave a comment/caption on your photo describing to us why you love your Valentine. (In not more than 140 characters)
5) Add hashtag #SamsungVDay in your caption.
Description: The Valentine’s Day with Samsung Galaxy Note 3 promotion is a Facebook competition. Terms and Conditions
A. Prize Information
1. The winner will be announced on Facebook and Twitter on 15th/ Feb / 2014.
2. The person with the most creative photo and caption will win the Galaxy Note 3.
3. The winner will be required to pick the prize with the their valentine/person/lover they had in the uploaded photo.
B. Eligibility
1. This Competition is open to:
a) anyone who is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as at the commencement of the above mentioned Competition Period;
b) must have a valid identity document; and
c) must reside within the continent of Africa.
2. The following individuals are not eligible to enter this Competition:
(a) employees, contractors, directors and officers of the Samsung Mobile Uganda (Proprietary), its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, web design, advertising, fulfilment, insurance agencies, judging and Promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfilment and execution of this Competition (the “Related Persons”);
(b) the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and spouse or “step-relative” of each) and those living in the same households of each such Related Person;
(c) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Organiser.
3. Eligibility is limited to participants who enter the competition on Facebook in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Competition message will be broadcast on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
4. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any images or comments which we, in its sole and absolute discretion, deem offensive, violative of law or unsuitable in any other manner. The Organiser is not required to provide any explanation for the rejection.
5. The decision of the Organiser is final and the Organiser shall not enter into any correspondence about the result. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated or altered. Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
