The Kora awards are on and Jose Chameleone’s Wale Wale is up against Eddy Kenzo’s Zigido in the ‘Best Video Of the Year’ category. Fans cannot help but wonder whether the East African heavy weight will beat the BET award winning Big Talent boss.

Although Eddy Kenzo and his fans have reportedly set up a big voting campaign to beat everyone in the category, Chameleone is also known to have a big fan base allover Africa. This will be a great battle to watch as we see who will take the day. There is also a likelihood that they will each take home an award since they are nominated in another category together in the Best Male Artiste East Africa category.

The Kora awards will take place at the Windhoek Country Club in Namibia in March next year.

Irene Ntale, Mathius Walukagga and Juliana Kanyomozi are some of the other Ugandan artistes who are nominated in the awards.

We will keep you posted.
