A few years ago, the country woke up to the shock of another scouting by Kin Karissa. Kin had scooped Raymond Mujuni from Nation Media Group (NMG) aka NTV and led him to the heaven that was NBS TV.
It was rumoured that together the world would witness the best in investigative journalism.
We have learned that Kin promised Mujuni a hefty budget to perform to his best.
However as soon as Mujuni joined NBS TV, reality begun to set in. It was not the sugar candy mountain as has been promised to Molly in Animal farm.
Apart from the salary, nothing was coming true on the part of the budget and world class team.
Now we have learned that after weeks of asking for a fulfilment of promises made, Mujuni finally had enough. He will be returning home at NTV ready to start from where he had stopped.
According to our snoops at NBS TV, Kin over promises and under delivers. As soon as he has scooped you, that will be the end of everything. He becomes hard to reach. He makes it seem like it is finance not putting his directives to action.
