Speaking about the talent search show recently, the man from Ombokolo said that he was very disappointed in the majority of young Ugandan comedians most of whom he says are very vulgar.

‘We selected 65 comedians out of 2,000 applicants for the comic show on NBS during the auditions in Naguru because the biggest number was very vulgar,’ Salvado said.

The comedian went on to say; ‘It was not an easy exercise but we managed to pick out the best and now they will air on TV and show off what they have. We are moving onto next audition where we shall be looking for 22 out of the 65 that have been selected. These will be the semi finalists.’

According to Salvado, the semi finalists will go for the knockouts where voting will eliminate whoever doesn’t cut it on the spot This will happen at Silver Springs Hotel in Bugolobi.

We will keep you posted.
