We were told that singer Desire Luzinda left for China recently under the guise of doing music business only to find out what her real reason for the visit was.
According to rumours coming in, the singer who left for Beijing last week, went to meet some experts for surgery.
We have also been told that she wants to repair her money makers so that she can come back with a fresh new look.
Desire hopes that the new enhanced looks will make her more appealing to fans and ultimately bring her more money.
