News coming through is that journalists from the Western part of the country have tasked Eddy Kenzo to provide a formal apology after beating up Dembe FM presenter Kasuku.

Recently the Jambole singer Eddy Kenzo rained punches on Dembe FM presenter Kasuku after he questioned Kenzo’s sexual orientation among other accusations. This resulted to journalists in the west under their umbrella body Western Uganda Media Foundation (WUMF) holding a meeting chaired by their leader Julius Arineitwe which concluded that Eddy Kenzo should formally apologize to journalists lest they do not provide any coverage for his events.

Arenaitwe remarked that; “Kenzo should appreciate the work that is done by the media in promoting music and art in the country and he should also learn that the job of the journalists is to report the truth but not what makes people happy”

Its seems the “Sitya Loss” singer’s apology on NTV was not sufficient.
