The long awaited Western Media Awards that took place at Kakyeka stadium, Mbarara recorded a very low turn up to the shock of the organisers who even disappeared before the climax of the function.

Our reliable sources told us that Lawrence Mugabe and Henry Tahoreraho both of Light Touch Films company, the organizers of the event realized a low turn up and decided to disappear even without clearing the bills after they received a brown envelope from ex-prime minister Amama Mbabazi who was invited as the chief guest. We have also been informed that the two also conned an Indian investor who sponsored half of the event after they promised him a profit after the function.

The two are said to have switched off their phones since then and are demanded large sums of money by many people that were hired in organizing event including Uganda Police that offered security.
