Following the release of over 50 workers that were shown the back door, WBS TV has since been slowly deteriorating. News now reaching our desk is that the Naguru based TV could be up for grabs.

Under the stewardship of tycoon Gordon Wavamuno and his son, WBS has been going through trying times including loss of fan base to newly established stations like Bukedde and NTV and this has been attributed to the poor management skills by the top management of the station.

It’s also said that the man at the top of the management body has been fond of removing funds from the station to inject into his other business ventures and therefore the station lacked reinforcement in terms of equipment and human resource.

Rumors have it that the the way workers are being laid off at a terrific speed stirred it’s decline and hence a resolution to sell it off is yet to be confirmed.
