Ugandan jazz saxophonist Michael Kitanda has dropped his new song “Say No More,” the first single from his upcoming album “Sax Appeal.” Born in Mulago, Kampala, Kitanda began his musical journey at age seven, playing trumpet before transitioning to saxophone in 2009.

Kitanda’s passion for music was ignited at Omega Primary School, and he further refined his craft under the mentorship of his brother, Dr. Kagumba Andrew. He has performed with top Ugandan bands and shared stages with international jazz icons like Norman Brown and Richard Bona.

The new single “Say No More” is a heartfelt melody celebrating the power of love. Kitanda plans to release a new single every two weeks from his album “Sax Appeal” on major streaming platforms.
