Uganda’s fast rising dancehall singer Ziza Bafana has decided to give back to the Muslim community.
The “Guluma nasomye” singer, though not a Moslem, offered a cow to Makindye mosque and 50Kg of rice to the Moslems in Kasanga to celebrate the end of Ramadan.
Ziza said, “I’m not a Moslem, but I know the sacrifice they go through when fasting. I know what hunger is. It’s a different story when you don’t have anything to eat or drink, but the Moslems do it for their faith and I respect them so much.”
