Legendary Ugandan musician Jose Chameleone and his younger brother Weasel Manizo have set off from the United States after spending four months abroad.
The two brothers are expected to arrive back in Uganda on Saturday, April 12, 2025.
It will be remembered that in December 2024, Jose Chameleone travelled to the USA in the company of his close friend Juliet Zawedde and brother Weasel.
This trip was for advanced medical treatment after Chameleone was diagnosed with a serious pancreatic complication.
His health condition became a major concern, not only in Uganda but around the world, as fans and fellow artists feared for his life.
Thankfully, with the support of H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Chameleone was airlifted for better medical care in the USA.
Over the past months, his recovery journey has been closely monitored by medical experts. Reports now confirm that his health has greatly improved, and doctors have cleared him to resume normal activities.
The return of Jose Chameleone marks a moment of relief and celebration for his fans, family, and the entire music industry.
