Venue for the FUFA Women Elite League playoffs changed

The venue for the FUFA Women Elite League playoffs that are slated for Thursday, 23rd June has been changed from Nakivubo stadium to Philip Omondi Stadium, Lugogo.

For unnamed reasons, the sudden change was confirmed through a statement published by the Uganda Women Football Association (UWFA) on their official Facebook page.

“Change of venue for the play offs, from Nakivubo to Philip Omondi stadium KCCA ground in Lugogo on Thursday 23rd June 2016,” reads the statement.

The games will kickoff at 2:00pm when reigning champions Kawempe Muslim battle it out with UCU before the She Corporates entertain Gafford at 4:00pm.
