American rapper, Joseph Antonio Cartagena, popularly known as Fat Joe, while speaking during an interview on The Breakfast Club on Hot 97, described Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage as the “Rihanna” of Africa.
Fat Joe described Savage as the biggest African female artiste.
The rapper also revealed that Savage had collaborated with his music partner and Grammy-nominated rapper, Remy Ma. Fat Joe said;
“She did the African chick, the biggest African chick… Tiwa Savage. She’s Jewish though. She’s huge yo, she’s like the African Rihanna type, you know. She’s big,”
